C3 - Bungalow with 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms, living room with open fireplace, kitchen, and a terrace.
C2 - Bungalow with 2 bedrooms -1 bathrooms, livingroom with open fireplace, kitchen, and a terrace.
Apartments:
T1 Standard - Large living/dining room with comfortable sofa bed, twin bedroom, kitchen/kitchenette and a terrace or balcony.
T1 Superior - Apartment with 1 bedroom, living/dinningroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, or Kitchenette, balcony or terrace of a high standard. Located near to pools.
The net rates include gas, water, electricity and taxes. Use of central swimming-pools, minigolf, children’s playground, table-tennis, garden-chess,etc. Units being cleaned daily except Sundays and Bank-Holidays. Bed linen being changed once a week and towels twice a week.
